The purpose of this study is to identify the human resource and contextual factors that catalyze employee attrition in an ITES organization. A triangulation approach used understand reasons for including: conducting structured interviews with employees upon intimation their intention leave organization as well a follow up semi-structured interview six months post official resignation. was analyzed using word cloud qualitative data analysis technique, radar chart, correlation, paired sample t-test, chi-square, ANOVA. This exploration affirms impact while factor generation influences factors. also indicates feel comfortable reveal actual reason leaving only after certain period Managers should prioritize maintaining relationships employees; ensure provide enriching job content learning opportunities career growth.
